There once was a little girl. She loved to write - from the very first time that she picked up a pastel zoom crayon at the age of six, she would sit for hours at a time to write and illustrate fairy tales, “news” bulletins, poems, short stories…

The little girl was also entrepreneurial. She quickly realised the value of her short colourful prose within her immediate network, and began to sell her stories to her parents, siblings, family friends and relatives for 20c a piece. Flash forward a couple of dozen years, and the little girl is all grown up – but she still loves to write!

Her name is Sarah Megginson and she is a writer and journalist based in Sydney, Australia, although she earnt her Bachelors degree in Communications (Journalism and Marketing) in Queensland.

Since 2008 she has been the editor of Ultimate, Australia’s highest circulating entertainment magazine, available through Sanity stores nationally. Sarah is also a regular contributor to a diverse mix of magazines, from Cleo and Cosmopolitan to Dogs Life, Your Money and Your Investment Property. She would love to write for you too!

In addition to writing features and web stories, Sarah is an effective copywriter, editor and ghost writer. In this capacity she works with several corporate clients to ensure that their marketing copy, website content, enewsletters and other written material is perfectly polished. She has also edited or ghost-written 10 books on topics as diverse as property investing and health and fitness.
